Build strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders and understand their business and communication objectives.
Lead projects from initial brief through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and expectations are effectively managed.
Translate client requirements into clear briefs for creative, strategy, production, and other internal teams.
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across different workstreams and stakeholders.
Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure work is aligned with the client brief and delivered to a high standard.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and feedback throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Prepare and lead client meetings, status updates, presentations, and project discussions.
Proactively identify potential challenges and provide practical solutions before they impact delivery.
Support account growth by identifying opportunities to expand the scope of work and strengthen the client relationship.
Work closely with senior agency leadership on account planning, commercial discussions, and strategic priorities.
Maintain clear documentation, project tracking, and communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

5-10 years of relevant experience within an agency environment, preferably across advertising, creative, marketing, communications, or integrated agencies.
Proven experience in client servicing and account management, managing projects from brief to final delivery.
Strong understanding of agency workflows and the ability to coordinate creative, production, strategy, and other specialist teams.
Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders within fast-paced environments.
Strong client-facing and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with both working-level and senior stakeholders.

Strong organisational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership and accountability for assigned accounts and projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Previous experience working with regional or international clients is advantageous.
