Role Purpose

The Junior Marketing Executive plays a key role in driving Wolfi's brand presence across digital, retail, and event channels. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for executing marketing activities that inspire our cycling and triathlon communities, strengthen brand engagement, and support sales growth.

As part of our in house marketing team, you'll support day-to-day content creation, social media management, campaign coordination, and event marketing initiatives across the Wolfi's Group including Retail, Wholesale, Events, and Education.

We are a pro team, and we're looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Executive who thrives in a fast- paced, collaborative environment and lives the Wolfi's values on and off the bike.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Support

Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across Wolfi's social media channels.
Write engaging captions, calls to action, and short-form copy aligned with Wolfi's tone of voice.
Contribute to monthly content calendars and content briefs.
Coordinate with the in-house content team on photography, video, and creative assets.
Draft, edit, and upload blog articles, announcements, event recaps, and other website content.

Campaigns & Activations Support

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and collaborations.
Coordinate campaign assets and materials including banners, QR codes, giveaways, and digital content.
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to coordinate approvals and deliverables.
Help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.

Events Support

Support the planning and execution of events, races, community activities, and brand activations.
Prepare event marketing materials, signage, giveaways, briefing documents, and activation kits.
Provide on-site marketing support including event setup, branding placement, and partner coordination.
Support engagement activities and activation concepts.
Assist with post-event follow-ups and reporting.

Retail Marketing Support

Coordinate marketing requirements across Wolfi's retail locations.
Support the preparation and distribution of in-store marketing materials.
Assist with new product launches, promotions, and retail campaigns.
Work closely with store teams to ensure marketing communications are implemented correctly.

Brand Communications Support

Support newsletters, blog posts, internal communications, and other marketing communications.
Ensure communications and marketing materials are consistent with Wolfi's brand and tone of voice.
Reporting & Insights
Support monthly social media and marketing performance reporting.
Track key metrics including reach, engagement, and conversion.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and improve marketing activities.

Marketing Operations & Coordination

Collaborate with teams across Retail, Events, Workshop, Academy, Racing, Customer Service, and other areas of the business.
Maintain marketing calendars, planning documents, content archives, shared folders, and asset libraries.
Support day-to-day marketing operations and priorities.
Help keep projects, deliverables, and deadlines organized and on track.

Ideal Candidate

2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, content, or a related role.
Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working across multiple social media platforms.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proactive, creative, and willing to take ownership.
Strong team player who enjoys collaborating across different departments.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Interest or experience in cycling, fitness, sports, or community marketing is a plus.
