Role Purpose

The Key Account Manager, Life Sciences & Healthcare is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and securing new business opportunities within the Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Medical Devices sector. The role will identify, develop, and convert high-potential opportunities while delivering a best-in-class customer experience and strengthening DHL's market position.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive profitable growth within the Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Medical Devices sector.
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
Manage and develop a portfolio of key and strategic customers.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers across customer organizations.
Conduct regular business reviews and identify growth opportunities.
Develop customer-focused logistics solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with relevant DHL business units to deliver integrated customer solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the sector.
Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer portfolio.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and maintain exceptional service levels.

Qualifications, Experience And Competencies

University Graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing profitable customer relationships.
Experience within Logistics, Express, Freight Forwarding, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Devices, or a related sector is preferred.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and account management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
Ability to identify customer needs and develop value-added solutions.
Experience using CRM and sales pipeline management tools.
Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to work effectively under pressure.
