Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative direction and production for all marketing materials across print, digital, social media, video, presentations, launches, and events.
Own the full creative journey from ideation and brief through production to final delivery, translating business and marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts.
Develop clear and inspiring creative briefs for designers, copywriters, videographers, AI video producers, CGI/rendering teams, and external creative agencies.
Direct and integrate traditional production, CGI/renders, real-life footage, photography, and AI-generated content into cohesive, premium final assets.
Work closely with AI video producers and copywriters to transform concepts into scripts, storyboards, visual treatments, prompts, sequences, and finished campaigns.
Act as the central creative owner, leading and managing designers, AI production specialists, video/content teams, and other creative resources.
Review, challenge, and refine all creative output before it reaches senior management, ensuring it meets the highest luxury brand and creative standards.
Provide decisive creative direction and actionable feedback, taking ownership of creative decisions rather than escalating individual designs for approval.
Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints while continuously raising the standard of visual storytelling, cinematic content, and luxury brand presentation.
Curate mood boards, visual references, typography, photography styles, CGI direction, AI-generated imagery/video, and overall creative treatments for new launches and campaigns.
Research global luxury trends across fashion, hospitality, automotive, architecture, technology, and real estate, as well as emerging AI creative tools and production techniques.
Collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales, PR, Development, and Marketing teams to translate commercial objectives and project narratives into compelling creative assets.
Oversee creative agencies, photoshoots, CGI studios, video production, post-production, AI production, and content creation to ensure consistently premium execution.
Establish and continuously improve an AI-enabled creative production workflow, determining when traditional production, AI, CGI, real footage—or a combination—will deliver the strongest creative result.
Lead the creative production team, with Graphic Designers, AI Video/Content Producers, Video Editors/Motion Designers, and other creative production resources reporting into the role.

Requirements

Currently working with an agency in KSA.
7+ years of experience in creative direction, luxury branding, editorial, or visual communications.
Strong background in luxury fashion, premium lifestyle magazines, high-end hospitality, luxury automotive, architecture, or luxury real estate.
Outstanding visual taste with a portfolio showcasing premium creative work.
Deep understanding of typography, photography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
Proven experience leading creative teams and briefing designers, writers, and production agencies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to make creative decisions independently while maintaining the highest brand standards.

Creative Director
