Business Development Manager – Holiday Homes - GERMAN/ SPANISH speaking only

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager preferably with expertise in the holiday homes/ short-term rental industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, deal closing, and revenue growth within this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth.
Leverage your own network and client portfolio to generate high-quality leads and secure new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and key industry stakeholders.
Manage and nurture existing client accounts to maximize their revenue potential.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Holiday Homes business development in Dubai is a must.
Strong Network with Real Estate Brokers and Property Owners.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor insights within the industry.
German or Spanish speaking is a must

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: 8,000 to 15,000 per month
Highly performance-driven commission structure – potential earnings can range from 20,000 AED to 50,000 AED per month, depending on deals closed.
