Overview Of The Role:

The Car Sales Executive at GAC Motor in Qatar is responsible for achieving the company's sales objectives by meeting sales, CSV, and NPS targets. This role provides first-rate service to current and potential customers. The executive is integral in promoting a customer-centric approach and works closely with various departments to foster a quality sales and service culture. Empowered to make customer-focused decisions, the executive aims to ensure a positive customer experience, building long-term relationships and generating repeat sales.

What You Will Do:

Achieve or exceed allocated monthly sales targets, aiming for 17 units.
Regularly meet or surpass CSV score of 4.85 and an NPS of 85 to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Contribute to maximizing all sales, including finance, cash, insurance, accessories, tinting window, service packages, and paint protection.
Ensure company procedures are followed when handling cash and credit customers, with money deposited to SO immediately.
Maintain 100% entry of walk-ins in C4C with appropriate follow-ups.
Ensure 100% zero overdue accounts by close of business hours through daily Excel report updates.
Offer a 100% test-drive experience to all customers with proper documentation.
Comply with company guidelines and SOPs, reporting incidents to the showroom manager.
Submit all necessary documents to relevant departments as per administrative reports.
Ensure job quality to avoid errors and promptly address customer concerns to improve satisfaction.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

Sales experience in the automotive or retail industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good IT and computer skills.
Valid Qatar driving license.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2-3 years of proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems.
Valid Qatari driver's license.
