Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will help clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties, including conducting property viewings, preparing listings, and advising clients on market conditions and pricing. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, maintaining regular communication with clients, negotiating offers, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing contracts and documentation, and staying up to date with local real estate regulations and market trends. The agent is expected to represent Coldwell Banker Egypt professionally, uphold brand standards, and contribute to branch sales targets.

Qualifications

Possession of a valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of local Real Property regulations and procedures.
Strong Real Estate expertise, including understanding of property valuation, market analysis, and transaction processes.
Proven Sales skills with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent Customer Service capabilities, including active listening, relationship building, and responsive client support.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and listings simultaneously.
Comfort with using CRM systems, property listing platforms, and basic office software.
Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred; fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
