Job description

Provide technical support and solve technical problems to the client to ensure the smooth implementation of the work.
Responsible for the product repair which return from customer
Responsible for HIKVISION RMA &Service center operation like spare parts stork management
Responsible for HIKVISION authorized RMA system promotion and RMA authorized business
Responsible for Project On-site service support
Responsible for Customer After-sales & Service satisfied management

Job requirements

Educational qualification-Graduated from University, relevant electric Engineering background,
Years of Experience- 3 + years better
Certifications HIKVISION HCSA better
Have knowledge about electronic circuit analysis ability
Strong logic and a sharp ability to locate technical issues
Rich experience in dealing with technical issues.
Good command on written and spoken English, experience in making testing reports and feedback would be an advantage
