Role overview

The Senior Product Manager will lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for revenue cycle management products within AI-driven healthcare platforms.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The role collaborates with engineering, data science, design, sales, and client success teams.

Product management

Gather and prioritize requirements and define detailed product features and user stories.
Align product initiatives with business goals and regulatory standards.
Lead discovery with healthcare clients and analyze RCM performance data.
Monitor market trends and drive product launches and iterations.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities from discovery through continuous improvement.

Healthcare product outcomes

Ensure RCM solutions support accurate claims processing, payment integrity, and operational efficiency.
Support fraud, waste, and abuse detection for healthcare stakeholders.
Work across product, engineering, data, design, sales, and client success functions.

Qualifications

Strong healthcare or health technology product management experience focused on RCM, claims processing, or payment integrity.
Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, requirements, and user stories.
Experience delivering scalable, secure, and compliant digital solutions with engineering, data, and design teams.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, payer-provider workflows, and RCM KPIs.
Ability to conduct research, analyze product data, and make evidence-based prioritization decisions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills in a multicultural environment.
Ability to lead discovery, design, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with FWA detection concepts is highly beneficial.
Prior exposure to AI-driven or data-intensive platforms is a plus.
