Due to the continued success of our new school GEMS Founders School Dubai, we are looking to recruit English Teacher who can start immediately .

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely intervention and support as needed.
Collaborate with other department heads and school leadership to promote a cohesive educational experience.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Successful candidates will need to:

Embody and role model our core values of Grow, Flourish & Succeed
Hold a BEd or Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
Have proven experience of teaching English to A level.
Have the ability to share exemplary teaching practices.
A creative and enthusiastic approach, both inside and outside the classroom.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students and parents
Have a proven track record of providing outstanding learning & teaching
Have aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for enhancing their career
Be willing to make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community-based events.
