Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, insurance providers, corporate clients, and other healthcare stakeholders while promoting the organization's healthcare services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, laboratories, corporate clients, and insurance companies.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote healthcare services.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, contracts, and service agreements.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor healthcare market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Coordinate with operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Attend healthcare conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Support marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
MBA is an advantage.
5 - 8 years of business development or healthcare sales experience.
Experience working with hospitals, medical centers, clinics, or healthcare organizations is preferred.
Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.
