Job Summary

The Off-Plan Team Leader will support the growth and performance of A1 Properties off-plan division by managing, mentoring, and driving a team of property consultants focused on off-plan residential sales. This role involves achieving team sales targets, improving lead conversion and client engagement, supporting negotiations with developers, and ensuring smooth execution across the full off-plan sales cycle, from launch to handover. Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance & Execution

Achieve individual and team monthly and quarterly sales targets for off-plan residential units
Support consultants through the full sales cycle from lead generation and project presentations to reservation, SPA signing, and handover
Monitor daily activities, pipeline performance, and conversion rates across active projects
Assist in preparing weekly sales reports and pipeline updates for management
Stay up to date on new project launches, payment plans, and developer incentives

Team Support & Leadership

Mentor, guide, and motivate a team of off-plan property consultants
Conduct daily briefings, strategy discussions, and performance follow-ups
Assist in onboarding and training new team members on project knowledge and sales process
Provide hands-on support in project presentations, client pitches, and negotiations
Foster a competitive, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture

Client & Developer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and end users
Support consultants in closing high-value deals and handling complex negotiations
Ensure consistent communication and high service standards throughout the client journey, including post-sale support
Represent A1 Properties at project launches, developer events, client meetings, and networking events

Market Intelligence & Business Growth

Track off-plan market trends, new launches, pricing movements, and buyer demand
Provide feedback on project performance and lead quality
Work closely with the marketing team to improve project exposure and lead generation
Identify new business opportunities and developer partnerships within the off-plan market

Compliance, CRM & Documentation

Ensure all transactions comply with RERA, DLD, and UAE real estate regulations
Maintain accurate CRM updates for leads, reservations, and deal pipelines
Ensure proper documentation including reservation forms, SPAs, and developer agreements
Support management with sales forecasts and performance insights

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in Dubai's off-plan real estate market as a Team Lead or Manager
Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of property consultants
Strong track record of achieving off-plan sales targets
In-depth knowledge of Dubai's off-plan developers, projects, and payment plan structures
Strong negotiation and closing skills
CRM proficiency and reporting knowledge
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Valid UAE Driving License
RERA certification preferred
Professional social media presence preferred
