We're seeking a strategic and experienced HR Director to lead human resources initiatives, drive organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performing culture. This role is ideal for someone who excels in people strategy, talent management, and aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and promote a positive organizational culture.
Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a supportive and inclusive workplace, addressing employee concerns and enhancing engagement initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation, benefits, and reward programs to attract and retain top talent.
Compliance & HR Policies: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Organizational Development: Partner with leadership to drive change management, organizational design, and leadership development initiatives.
HR Operations & Analytics: Leverage HR systems and data to monitor key metrics, track trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and talent management strategies
Proven ability to lead teams, influence senior leadership, and drive organizational change
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
