Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Facilitate clear communication channels between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and shared understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft BOT Framework.
Experience in designing and implementing conversational user interfaces and chatbots.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to integrate Microsoft BOT Framework with various platforms and services.
Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies related to bot applications.
Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing bot performance and user experience.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft BOT Framework.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
