Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support role located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The English (B2–C1) Customer Support professional will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner using English at an upper-intermediate to advanced level. Responsibilities include documenting cases accurately, following established procedures, escalating complex problems when necessary, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role involves working with multiple systems and tools, adhering to performance and quality metrics, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to maintain consistent service standards. The position may also include supporting process improvements and sharing feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong English communication skills (B2–C1 level) and the ability to interact clearly and confidently with international customers.
Candidates should possess customer service skills, including empathy, active listening, and problem-solving in a fast-paced support environment.
Candidates should possess communication and training skills to explain procedures, guide customers, and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Candidates should possess translation or language-handling skills to interpret and convey information accurately when needed.
Relevant qualifications such as previous experience in contact centers or customer support, familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools, and basic computer literacy are beneficial.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree in languages, communication, or a related field is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Qesm 1st 6 October, adapt to rotational shifts if needed, and maintain professionalism and reliability.
