Role Description The B2C Sales Lead (Schools) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for driving school partnerships and enrollment growth for Farid Academy's programs. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential school partners, presenting Farid Academy's solutions to key decision-makers, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through agreement and onboarding. The B2C Sales Lead will conduct regular meetings and presentations at schools, maintain strong relationships with administrators and educators, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program implementation. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, providing excellent customer service, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and contributing to sales strategies and campaigns targeting schools and families. The role also includes supporting training and information sessions for school staff to ensure understanding and engagement with Farid Academy's offerings.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals with school stakeholders.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust with school leaders, educators, parents, and learners.
Candidates should possess Training and presentation skills to deliver clear product demonstrations and orientation sessions for school staff and families.
Experience in the education or EdTech sector, particularly in school-facing roles, is highly beneficial.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple school accounts and meetings.
Proficiency in basic CRM tools, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and comfort with digital communication platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations.
