Role Description The French Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. In this position, the representative responds to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, chat, or other channels, providing accurate information and timely resolutions. Daily tasks include handling account-related questions, troubleshooting basic service issues, documenting interactions in internal systems, and following established procedures and quality standards. The representative collaborates with team members and supervisors to escalate complex issues, share feedback, and continuously improve customer experiences. The role also involves meeting performance targets, adhering to company policies, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused attitude in every interaction.

Qualifications

Strong French language skills (spoken and written), with good command of English for internal communication.
Customer service skills including active listening, empathy, problem-solving, and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
Communication skills in clear, concise writing and confident verbal interaction across phone, email, and chat channels.
Basic computer and typing skills, including familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and common office applications.
Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, on a full-time schedule with flexibility to cover various shifts if required.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow structured processes and performance guidelines.
Previous experience in contact centers, customer support, or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, languages, or related fields is a plus.
