The Store Manager is responsible for driving the overall commercial performance, operational excellence, and team management of our clients store.
We are seeking a results-driven retail leader with experience in high-paced, high-volume retail environments. In this role, you will lead daily store operations, drive sales targets, manage store staff, uphold visual and operational standards, and deliver exceptional customer service in line with brand guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily store workflows to ensure smooth execution of visual merchandising, stock flow, and customer service.
Maintain high store presentation, layout standards, and cleanliness across both sales floor and backroom areas.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, loss prevention, and health and safety standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and operational reports for senior management.
Monitor sales KPIs, conversion rates, and daily revenue metrics to achieve and exceed monthly store targets.
Implement active sales strategies, drive team upselling, and maximize overall store profitability.
Analyze fast/slow-moving inventory trends and coordinate stock replenishment needs with the logistics team.
Oversee stockroom organization, inventory audits, cycle counts, and shrinkage prevention protocols.
Coordinate with the Area Manager and central logistics/warehouse team for stock receiving, stock requests, and transfers.
Lead, mentor, and motivate Sales Associates to deliver exceptional performance and customer engagement.
Manage workforce scheduling, shift rosters, attendance, and daily task assignments to optimize store coverage.
Conduct ongoing performance evaluations, on-the-job training, and conflict resolution for store staff.
Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure an outstanding overall shopping experience.
Professionally handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations to maintain brand reputation and customer loyalty.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 3+ years of store management or assistant store management experience, ideally in fast-paced apparel or high-volume retail chains.
Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing store teams, roster scheduling, and driving sales productivity.
Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of store inventory management, stockroom processes, POS systems, and retail metrics.
Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills with a strong dedication to service quality.
Work Environment: Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment with flexible working hours/shifts.
Language Skills: Good command of spoken and written English.
