Job Purpose

The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for managing the full B2B sales cycle for Afrasia's solutions in the USA & Europe markets, from initial lead qualification and discovery through product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, closing, and successful handover to the Projects team.

The role is primarily focused on revenue generation, converting qualified opportunities into customers, expanding existing Afrasia's accounts through HR-related cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining a healthy, accurate, and up-to-date sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on leads generated through Meta, Linked in and other marketing and lead-generation channels.
Qualify inbound leads by understanding company size, employee count, business needs, key decision-makers, budget, and purchasing timeline.
Manage sales opportunities throughout the complete sales cycle: Prospecting →Discovery → Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Closing.
Conduct professional and engaging product demonstrations independently.
Prepare accurate quotations using Afrasia's approved pricing catalog and commercial guidelines.
Maintain consistent follow-up on proposals and opportunities through Won/Lost closure.
Identify and develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing Afrasia customer accounts.
Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date opportunity information in the CRM.
Monitor sales pipeline performance, conversion rates, and reasons for lost opportunities.
Work closely with the Marketing and Social Media teams to provide feedback and improve lead quality and conversion.
Ensure a smooth and well-documented handover of closed deals to the Projects team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers throughout the sales process.

Job Requirements

2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within USA, and European markets.
Experience in SaaS, ERP, HR Tech, HR Software, or Business Software is highly preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proven ability to conduct software/product demonstrations independently.
Strong follow-up, organization, and customer relationship management skills.
Good understanding of sales pipelines, conversion metrics, and sales performance indicators.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and prioritize activities effectively.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving revenue and sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
