Role Description As a French Travel Advisor at FlairsTech, you will support customers in French, handling inquiries and providing end-to-end assistance with travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and other services. You will respond to customer requests via phone, email, and chat, offer tailored travel recommendations, and ensure that bookings, changes, and cancellations are processed accurately. On a daily basis, you will work to resolve issues, manage customer expectations, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in line with company standards. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Qesm El Maadi, where you will spend part of your time working on-site and part of your time working from home, depending on business needs. You will collaborate with your team and supervisors to meet performance targets and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on resolving issues and building long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in French and good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience with travel arrangements and working in or with a travel agency or similar environment.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple requests efficiently.
Candidates should ideally have previous experience in customer support, hospitality, tourism, or related fields, as well as good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or booking systems.
Candidates should be able to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi in a hybrid setup, demonstrate flexibility for shifts, and maintain a professional, inclusive approach when dealing with diverse customers.
