What You'll Do

Build strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors
Source and manage residential property listings in Abu Dhabi's secondary market
Conduct property viewings and guide clients throughout the buying and selling process
Negotiate offers and successfully close deals
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
Provide clients with market insights and property investment advice
Keep client records and property listings updated using the company CRM
Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate market and community developments

What We're Looking For

Experience in real estate sales is preferred. UAE market experience is an advantage.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Target-driven with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and the secondary property market are preferred
Self-motivated and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
UAE Driving License and own vehicle are preferred
