We're Hiring: Payroll Officer

UAE | Remote Work | Weekly Office Visit – Dubai

MADI International is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Officer to join our HR team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, HRMS administration, attendance and leave management, and employee lifecycle processes across GCC countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

This is a remote-based position for candidates residing in the UAE, with a requirement to visit the Dubai office once per week.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time across GCC countries.
Verify attendance, overtime, leaves, allowances, deductions, and other payroll components.
Handle payroll adjustments, final settlements, leave encashment, and end-of-service calculations.
Maintain and update employee records, payroll data, and configurations within the HRMS.
Manage attendance, leave records, and related payroll adjustments.
Support employee onboarding, offboarding, salary revisions, and other employee data changes.
Ensure payroll compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
Administer employee health insurance,
Prepare payroll reports, support reconciliations, and maintain accurate and confidential records.
Address employee queries related to payroll, attendance, benefits, and HRMS.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in payroll processing, HRMS administration, and HR operations.
Hands-on experience managing payroll across GCC countries.
Good knowledge of UAE labor law and payroll compliance.
Experience using HRMS and payroll systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and numerical accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote working environment.

Work Arrangement

Remote position based in the UAE.
Availability to visit the Dubai office once per week is required.
Candidates must hold a valid UAE residence visa and be able to work without company visa sponsorship.
