Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Giza, Egypt. Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives and brand identity
Manage day-to-day marketing activities including campaign planning, content creation, social media management, and digital marketing initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop engaging content and compelling brand storytelling
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and community engagement initiatives to build brand visibility
Manage and monitor social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice, engaging content, and active community interaction
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance across digital channels and partnerships, providing insights to optimize results
Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to identify opportunities for customer acquisition and brand growth
Build and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and relevant communities
Create marketing collateral, presentations, newsletters, and promotional materials that reflect brand standards
Support the maintenance of brand consistency across all communications and customer touchpoints
Assist with market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify emerging opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Previous marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, travel, luxury, or customer-focused industries
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, content creation, and campaign execution
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing software tools
Experience with email marketing platforms, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), and CRM systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Creative mindset with the ability to translate brand vision into engaging customer experiences
Commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing activities drive business results
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing performance
Experience with pre-opening projects, product launches, or event management is preferred
Proficiency in graphic design tools or video editing software is a plus
Flexibility and resilience in adapting to changing priorities and market conditions
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying solutions
