Ecommerce Manager

About the role

Sanne is entering a new phase of growth following the launch of a new Shopify Plus website. This role in Sanne HQ owns the ecommerce engine, a key driver of the business going forward. The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for website sales performance, day-to-day site operations, the CRM and email programme, and the creator affiliate channel. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you'll build the operational foundation the business needs in order to grow.

Key responsibilities

Own website sales performance end to end: conversion rate, average order value, checkout experience and overall commercial output of the site
Hands-on execution of the marketing roadmap across all digital touchpoints, including support across new launches and international market expansion
Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations: product listings, merchandising, pricing and site maintenance, including a size and height grid spanning UK 4 to 16 in half sizes across Petite, Regular and Tall
Own and continuously improve the CRM system: segmentation, automation, retention flows and lifecycle marketing
Own Klaviyo end to end: write campaign and lifecycle email copy in the Sanne voice, plan the email calendar around launches, promotions and seasonal moments, and drive list growth, segmentation, testing and deliverability
Own Sanne's creator affiliate programme on ShopMy: creator commission structure, tracking links and codes, and reporting on revenue and cost per acquisition against the platform fee
Manage Sanne's Shopify app and integration partners and the Shopify Plus platform relationship: maintain the app stack, evaluate new tools, track subscription costs and flag recommendations to the CTO
Work day to day with Sanne's web development, email and digital marketing agencies, under relationships managed by the CTO, to align site changes, CRM capture and paid activity with sales priorities
Work with the Head of Content to brief the content needed to support commercial priorities, launches, promotions and seasonal moments
Build and refine the sales funnel and back-end systems that support gradual, evidence-based growth
Track, report and act on site, CRM, email and affiliate performance data, feeding regular updates to the CTO
Create and use AI agents to design, automate and continuously improve ecommerce processes, speeding up execution, reducing manual work and producing faster, more reliable reporting, with human approval built in for anything touching live pricing or client data

What we're looking for

Proven track record in an ecommerce management, digital trading or similar commercial role, ideally in DTC or luxury retail
Hands-on Shopify Plus experience, including managing apps, integrations and agency partners
Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms, with direct Klaviyo experience preferred
Excellent written English and a feel for luxury brand voice, with experience writing customer email that converts
Experience running or supporting a creator, affiliate or influencer programme, ideally on ShopMy or a comparable platform
Confident working across systems, operations and sales, comfortable being hands-on rather than purely strategic
A data-driven, test-and-learn approach
Experience briefing content or creative output from a commercial perspective
Practical experience creating and using AI agents to automate workflows and accelerate analysis and reporting
Based in Dubai, or willing to relocate

Website sales show steady, gradual growth quarter on quarter, without reliance on paid spend spikes
CRM is fully built out, segmented and actively driving retention and repeat purchase
Email becomes a reliable, measurable revenue channel with a consistent calendar and a growing, well-segmented list
The affiliate programme delivers trackable revenue at a cost that justifies the platform fee
A reliable, low-friction operating rhythm exists between commercial priorities and content output
Clean, trusted performance data is available to inform the senior commercial hire
AI-enabled workflows reduce manual effort and deliver timely, reliable reporting
