Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Employment: Full-Time | Office-Based

Experience: 5+ years in UAE

Salary: AED 8,000–11,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, highly organized and results-driven Social Media & Content Manager to take ownership of the social media strategy and content execution across three separate brands/accounts.

Accounts You Will Manage

Real Estate Accounts – Manage content focused on Dubai real estate, market insights, investment opportunities, project launches and brand development.

Recruitment Platform – Develop and manage the social media presence of an upcoming recruitment technology platform, from pre-launch through ongoing growth.

The role requires the ability to manage distinct brand identities, audiences and content strategies across all three accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of the social media and content strategy for all 3 accounts

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms

• Create separate monthly and weekly content calendars for each brand

• Develop creative concepts for Reels, short-form videos, educational content, property videos, recruitment content and campaigns

• Write strong hooks, captions, scripts and video concepts

• Coordinate with videographers, designers, editors, developers and internal teams

• Plan and manage property shoots and other content productions

• Identify trends and convert them into content relevant to our brands

• Develop the personal branding of company leadership where required

• Build the recruitment platform's social media presence from the ground up

• Plan pre-launch teasers, launch campaigns, feature-focused content and user acquisition content for the recruitment platform

• Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to differentiate each brand

• Track engagement, reach, follower growth, website traffic, enquiries and leads

• Analyze performance and continuously improve the content strategy

• Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all three accounts

For Our Real Estate Brand

We do not want our social media to simply consist of agents standing in front of projects and repeating information provided by developers.

We want content that demonstrates real market knowledge.

The successful candidate should work with our team to create content around:

• Dubai real estate market insights

• Investment opportunities

• Land and plot opportunities

• Project analysis

• Area comparisons

• Market trends and updates

• Educational content for buyers and investors

• High-quality property presentations

• Leadership and personal-brand content

For our Recruitment Platform

This is an upcoming technology platform, so you will have the opportunity to participate in building a new brand from its early stages.

Content will target job seekers, employers, recruiters and businesses, and will include:

• Pre-launch awareness campaigns

• Product and feature introductions

• Job-seeker-focused content

• Employer and recruiter content

• Career tips and educational videos

• Short-form viral/relevant content

• Founder/leadership content

• Launch campaigns

• Influencer and creator collaborations

• User acquisition and growth campaigns

What You Should Have

• Minimum 5+ years of professional social media/content experience

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn

• Excellent short-form video and storytelling skills

• Strong copywriting and scriptwriting ability

• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously

• Highly organized with strong content-planning skills

• Ability to generate ideas independently rather than waiting for instructions

• Strong understanding of current social media trends and algorithms

• Good understanding of branding and visual presentation

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

• UAE experience preferred

• Dubai real estate experience is an advantage, but strong content ability is more important

• Experience launching or growing a new brand/startup would be a major advantage

What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for someone whose job is simply to post content. We want someone who can think like a Content Creator + Social Media Strategist + Brand Manager.

You should be able to manage three completely different content requirements, generate fresh ideas every week and understand what type of content can build an audience, establish credibility and ultimately generate business.
