German-Speaking Customer Success ManagerDigital Transformation & AI | UAE | German & English

Full-Time or Part-Time | United Arab Emirates

Build your career in a business going global

Connected Safety Net is growing, and we are looking for another exceptional person to grow with us.

Following continued international expansion, we are preparing to support a major new implementation across more than 200+ locations in Germany. We are therefore looking for a fluent German and English-speaking Customer Success Executive to join our team in the UAE.

This could be a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 2–3 years professional experience who wants to accelerate their career, particularly someone interested in technology, digital transformation and AI.

Equally, we are open-minded.

If you have greater experience but are looking for a flexible or part-time opportunity where your German language and customer relationship skills can make a real difference, we would also love to hear from you.

For us, finding the right person matters more than fitting someone into a rigid profile.

Who are Connected Safety Net

Connected Safety Net is an international SaaS technology company with a simple ambition: to transform the way organisations manage safety, compliance and operational processes through digital technology, automation and AI.

Our no-code Digital Factory enables organisations to replace fragmented paper, spreadsheets and legacy processes with connected digital workflows, mobile technology, automation, dashboards, analytics and increasingly intelligent AI-enabled solutions.

What began as a UK and UAE business has developed into an international operation supporting customers across multiple countries, languages and industries.

And we're still early in the journey.

Our customers operate across sectors including:

As our customers expand internationally, our people and capabilities need to grow with them.

Germany represents an important next chapter.

The opportunity

Initially, you will play an important role in supporting the successful implementation and ongoing customer experience of Connected Safety Net across 200+ German locations.

You will become a trusted connection between our German-speaking users and our international technology, implementation and customer success teams.

But we don't see this as simply a support position.

As you develop your knowledge of our platform and customers, we want the role to develop with you.

Over time, this could include identifying opportunities within existing customers, supporting account expansion, introducing new digital capabilities and helping Connected Safety Net develop relationships with additional organisations across Germany and the wider European market.

In other words, you might join us in Customer Success, but there is an opportunity to develop towards Customer Growth and Account Management.

What will you be doing

You will work closely with our international Customer Success, Operations and Technology teams to:

Support German-speaking customers during implementation and beyond
Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and end users
Deliver online demonstrations, onboarding and platform guidance in German and English
Help customers understand and adopt new digital processes
Respond professionally to customer questions and coordinate solutions internally
Translate customer requirements and feedback clearly between German and English-speaking teams
Monitor customer engagement and help drive successful platform adoption
Identify where customers could benefit from additional functionality or digital processes
Support account development and customer growth as your commercial experience develops
Participate in customer meetings and implementation workshops
Develop a strong understanding of SaaS, digital transformation, automation and AI

You won't be expected to know our technology on day one. We will teach you that.

What is much harder to teach is curiosity, energy, communication and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.

Languages are important

For this particular position:

Fluent German – Essential

Fluent English – Essential

You must be comfortable conducting professional customer conversations, presentations and written communications in both German and English.

Business-level Dutch would be a significant additional advantage, although it is not essential.

Additional European languages are always welcomed.

Who might be perfect for this

Perhaps you're already working in customer success, customer service, account management, SaaS, hospitality, technology or another customer-facing environment and you're wondering what the next few years of your career should look like.

Maybe you have 2–3 years experience and feel ready for considerably more responsibility.

You might not come from a technology background at all.

That's okay.

We're interested in people who are comfortable learning quickly, communicating confidently and working in an international environment.

We would particularly like to meet someone who:

Is naturally confident and engaging with customers
Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
Is organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Enjoys learning new technology
Is interested in digital transformation and AI
Can explain things simply and patiently
Is commercially curious and can recognise opportunities
Enjoys working with people from different countries and cultures
Wants their responsibilities to grow as the company grows

You don't need to be a technology expert

This is worth saying clearly.

You don't need to arrive knowing how to build digital workflows or implement AI.

You do need to be excited about learning.

The world of work is changing quickly. Automation, connected data and AI are transforming how organisations operate, and Connected Safety Net intends to be part of that transformation.

We want someone who finds that exciting rather than intimidating.

You'll work alongside people who can teach you the platform, our Digital Factory and how we implement technology internationally.

Your job is to bring the language skills, customer instinct and ambition.

Full-time or part-time We're flexible.

We are deliberately keeping an open mind.

Our preference may suit someone looking for a full-time career opportunity in the UAE, but we recognise that an exceptional German and English-speaking professional may be looking for greater flexibility.

We are therefore happy to consider:

Full-Time | Part-Time | Flexible Working Arrangements

What matters most is finding someone who can make a meaningful contribution to our German-speaking customers and become part of our longer-term journey.

Why join now

Because this isn't about joining after everything has already been built.

Connected Safety Net is actively expanding internationally.

New countries. New customers. New languages. New technology. New AI capabilities.

That creates opportunities for people who join us now to develop responsibilities that may not even exist today.

We believe careers can grow quickly when talented people are given responsibility, trust and exposure to international customers.

If you perform, contribute ideas and help our customers succeed, we want your career to grow with the business.

Based in the United Arab Emirates

This position is being recruited within the UAE and will form part of our international operation.

You will be working with colleagues and customers across different countries and time zones, so an international mindset and some flexibility are important.

Interested

If you speak fluent German and fluent English, enjoy working with customers and believe technology, digital automation and AI represent an exciting future, we'd really like to hear from you.

Don't worry if you don't tick every traditional technology box.

Tell us what you've achieved so far, what you're capable of and, perhaps most importantly, where you want your career to go next.

Come and help us make our next 200+ locations in Germany a success, and see where the journey takes you.
