Remote-International Trade & Agency Network Partner (Supplementary Engagement)

Are you an active travel industry professional, outbound tour consultant, or corporate travel planner looking to monetize your network without leaving your current job

We are a premier Kenyan Tour & Safari Operator seeking highly connected professionals globally who possess access to high-value networks—including High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), corporate travel desks, luxury travel agencies, and educational group organizers—to serve as Independent Network Partners.

This opportunity is not a salaried role or a time-based job; it is a relationship-driven commercial partnership specifically designed to run seamlessly alongside your primary employment or existing business activities.

Your sole objective is to leverage your established, high-yield professional connections to introduce and activate travel agencies, corporate MICE planners, educational tour leaders, and luxury holiday clients who can send inbound safari travelers to Kenya and East Africa.

Role Overview & Key Features

Job Title: Trade & Agency Network Partner / Independent Business Development Partner
Engagement Model: Independent Partner / Non-Exclusive Supplementary Engagement
Target Markets: Global (USA & Canada, UK & Ireland, Western Europe, Gulf / Middle East, Asia & Pacific, South America)
Time Commitment:Zero required hours or shift schedules. 100% network-driven, output-based, and flexible.
Core Function: Warm B2B introductions, agency connection, corporate lead generation, and network activation.

Comprehensive Key Responsibilities

1. High-Value Network Activation & Agency Introductions

Identify and approach active travel agencies, outbound tour operators, independent luxury advisors, corporate travel desks, and educational leaders within your network.
Facilitate warm introductions between decision-makers (agency owners, product managers, corporate HR/MICE buyers) and our executive team in Nairobi.
Position our custom luxury game drives, private fly-in safaris, corporate incentive retreats, and educational study tours as preferred offerings for your network contacts.

2. Strategic Lead Generation & Cross-Destination Pivot

Connect us with high-yield group travel organizers, affinity clubs, alumni groups, and corporate incentive buyers.
Identify luxury clients who typically book other safari destinations (e.g., South Africa, Botswana, Tanzania) and help pivot them to Kenya and East Africa.

3. Relationship Kickstarting (Zero Operational Friction)

Initiate the B2B reseller or client connection and set up initial virtual discovery calls with our safari and MICE planners.
What You DO NOT Do: You do not manage day-to-day itinerary design, handle guest logistics, process payments, or resolve operational issues. Our experienced in-house Nairobi operations team handles 100% of quoting, ground transportation, hotel bookings, safari guides, and guest management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This role is tailored exclusively for professionals with an established, high-yield footprint in the global travel and corporate ecosystem:

1. High-Value Network Access

Direct access to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and luxury holiday seekers.
Established ties with corporate event planners, HR decision-makers, corporate travel/MICE desks, or alumni/university group leaders.
Active connections with travel agencies, outbound tour operators, luxury concierges, or independent travel advisors.

2. High Professional Credibility

Possess trusted relationships with agency owners, product buyers, or corporate leaders who actively direct outbound travel spend.
Strong understanding of client expectations and passion for East African wildlife and luxury travel.

3. Independence & Workplace Compliance

Looking for a legitimate, high-yielding supplementary income stream that respects your primary employment obligations.
Operates autonomously as an independent, non-exclusive partner without restrictive covenants.

Why This Model Works as a Supplementary Role

Output-Based (Not Time-Based): You are never evaluated on hours worked, daily tasks, or regular check-ins. Performance is measured purely by warm agency/client introductions and converted bookings.
Zero Operational Burden: Once an agency or client inquiry is introduced, our safari and event team takes over the full sales, quoting, and execution cycle.
Compliant & Conflict-Free: Positioned as an independent referral partner, allowing you to legally monetize your network outside your primary job responsibilities.

Performance Override & Commission Structure

We offer a transparent, uncapped performance payout model calculated on Total Gross Booking Value:

1. Agency Referral Override (18-Month Earning Window)

For every active travel agency you introduce, you earn an override on all gross safari sales produced by that agency for 18 months from their first confirmed booking:

First 5 Bookings (Activation Phase):2.0% of Gross Booking Value
Subsequent Bookings (Months 1–18):1.5% of Gross Booking Value
Account Transition: After 18 months, the agency transitions to an in-house direct account, concluding override payouts for that specific connection.

2. Direct Private Client, Corporate MICE & Group Referrals

For direct group safaris, corporate MICE retreats, educational field trips, or family safaris introduced through your personal/corporate contacts:

2.0% of Total Gross Booking Value per confirmed booking.
