Monetize Matrix is expanding its programmatic business by building a stronger direct supply ecosystem.

We are looking for an experienced Director of Supply Partnerships who can bring, develop, and manage direct relationships with inventory and media owners across:

• CTV / OTT Applications

• Mobile & In-App Video

• Web & Video Publishers

• App Developers & App Owners

• Streaming Platforms & Digital Media Owners

The Mission

Your primary objective is simple:

Build a portfolio of high-quality, direct programmatic supply partnerships that Monetize Matrix can monetize at scale.

We are specifically looking to move closer to the original inventory source, reducing unnecessary intermediaries and establishing long-term commercial relationships with media and application owners.

What You'll Do

• Identify and onboard direct publishers, app owners and CTV/OTT inventory owners

• Source premium video inventory across CTV, In-App and Web

• Negotiate commercial terms and direct supply agreements

• Develop relationships with publishers, developers and media groups globally

• Evaluate inventory quality, scale, geography and monetization potential

• Work with Ad Operations to launch integrations through OpenRTB, VAST, Prebid, SDK and other programmatic integrations

• Grow existing supply partnerships and increase monetizable inventory

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new direct supply opportunities

Who We're Looking For

We want someone with proven relationships and an existing network within the programmatic supply ecosystem.

Strong candidates should have:

• 4+ years of experience in Programmatic Advertising / AdTech

• Proven experience in Supply Partnerships, Publisher Development, Supply Acquisition or Publisher Sales

• Existing relationships with publishers, app developers, CTV/OTT owners or media groups

• Strong understanding of programmatic video and CTV

• Knowledge of OpenRTB, VAST, Prebid, SDK integrations and SSP ecosystems

• Experience negotiating direct inventory and revenue-share/commercial agreements

• Ability to independently source, negotiate and close new partnerships

What Success Looks Like

This is a commercial growth position.

Success will be measured primarily by:

Direct supply partners onboarded → Quality inventory activated → Revenue & Gross Profit generated

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate direct partnerships they have personally originated and grown, rather than candidates whose experience is primarily managing existing accounts.
