BagginsHQ is a global technology company helping businesses build, automate and scale through modern digital solutions including interactive websites, mobile applications, custom software, ERP and CRM systems, cloud services, hosting, corporate email, digital marketing, artificial intelligence products and industry-specific SaaS platforms.

We are expanding our existing sales team and are looking for additional Tech Sales Executives to join BagginsHQ.

As a Tech Sales Executive, you will work within an established sales structure and be responsible for identifying, developing and converting business opportunities into verified revenue.

The role requires active prospecting, relationship building, customer engagement, pipeline development and sales conversion. Tech Sales Executives are expected to independently source opportunities while also making effective use of Company-provided leads available through the BagginsHQ Staff Portal.

Key responsibilities include:

Prospecting and identifying potential customers through calls, email, WhatsApp, referrals, networking, social platforms and other approved channels.
Building and maintaining an active sales pipeline.
Qualifying customer needs and recommending appropriate BagginsHQ technology solutions.
Following up consistently with prospects and progressing opportunities toward conversion.
Presenting BagginsHQ products and services professionally.
Managing both personally generated opportunities and Company-provided leads.
Maintaining accurate sales, pipeline and customer records.
Following up on proposals, quotations and invoices where applicable.
Supporting customer retention, renewals, upselling and cross-selling.
Working closely with the Head of Sales and relevant Company departments where additional technical or commercial support is required.
Taking responsibility for customers personally introduced and onboarded.
Meeting individual verified revenue and Monthly Recurring Revenue targets.
Maintaining professional communication, reporting, reliability and accountability in a remote working environment.
Following reasonable instructions and established departmental processes.

BagginsHQ provides qualified Company Leads through the Staff Portal to supplement individual prospecting. These leads may include businesses identified as needing websites, website upgrades, software, mobile applications, automation or other technology solutions.

Company Leads are additional sales support and do not replace the responsibility of every Tech Sales Executive to develop independently and maintain their own pipeline.

One of the Company's priority entry products is BagginsHQ for SMEs, currently offered at USD 900 payable at USD 75 per month for 12 months. The first USD 75 instalment is payable upfront before project development begins, with the remaining instalments continuing monthly.

The position begins with a performance-based probation period of up to 60 days.

During probation:

Tech Sales Executives earn 10% commission on every verified sale personally generated.
Commission is uncapped.
Monthly facilitation is USD 60.
Facilitation is separate from salary and is provided as Company support.
The first facilitation instalment becomes eligible once the Tech Sales Executive secures at least one confirmed client with verified revenue.
Facilitation is structured in two 50% instalments in accordance with the applicable Company process.
The principal probation performance milestone is USD 1,000 in verified Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
Early confirmation may be considered where strong commercial performance and overall suitability are demonstrated.

Probation assessment is not based on revenue alone. The Company also considers professionalism, discipline, responsiveness, reliability, reporting, work ethic, compliance with reasonable instructions and overall suitability for continued employment.

Following successful confirmation:

USD 600 gross monthly salary
USD 60 monthly facilitation
USD 660 total fixed monthly compensation
10% uncapped commission on verified personally generated sales
Principal commercial target of USD 3,000 verified MRR per month

Continued compensation and career progression are based on sustained performance.
