Position: Senior Creative Designer & Content Producer – Middle East

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reports to: Marketing & PR Director – Americas, Europe & MEA

Who We Are

BYD Group is a leading global high-tech company with businesses spanning automotive, electronics, new energy and rail transit.

As BYD continues its rapid expansion across the Middle East, we are strengthening the regional presence of our multi-brand portfolio – BYD, DENZA and YANGWANG – each with its own distinctive positioning, visual identity and customer experience.

Your Mission

We are looking for a highly creative, versatile and hands-on Senior Creative Designer & Content Producer based in Dubai to support the growing creative needs of BYD, DENZA and YANGWANG across the Middle East.

This is a hands-on creative production role, not a coordination-only position. The successful candidate must be able to personally turn briefs into high-quality creative outputs – from graphic design and presentation design to on-site content shooting, video editing and event recap videos.

You will support creative requests initiated by BYD's regional and internal teams, working closely with HQ, regional Marketing & PR teams and local importer/dealer teams to understand market context, gather local inputs and ensure smooth execution.

While close collaboration with importers and dealers is essential due to the region's business model, this role primarily serves BYD's internal regional creative and communication needs, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across BYD, DENZA and YANGWANG.

What You'll Be Doing

Creative Design & Execution: Independently create high-quality visual assets for regional marketing and communication needs, including key visuals, event materials, digital and social content, invitations, posters, internal communications and other creative deliverables.
Multi-Brand Creative Support: Develop and adapt creative materials across BYD, DENZA and YANGWANG, understanding the distinct positioning and visual language of each brand and ensuring the right level of differentiation.
Video Shooting & Content Capture: Personally shoot photo and video content when required, particularly during vehicle launches, motor shows, media events, VIP activities and other key regional moments.
Video Editing & Post-Production: Independently edit short-form videos, event highlight videos, recap videos, internal summary videos and other fast-turnaround content for regional communication needs.
Event Creative Support: Work closely with the regional Events and Marketing teams to support major vehicle launches, motor shows and brand events with creative materials before, during and after the event.
Presentation Design: Create and enhance professional PowerPoint presentations, transforming business content, strategies, reports and proposals into visually compelling, executive-level presentations.
Localization & Adaptation: Adapt global and HQ creative assets for Middle East markets while maintaining brand consistency and taking into account local cultural, language and market requirements.
Importer & Dealer Collaboration: Work closely with local importer and dealer marketing teams to obtain local information, assets and execution requirements, while ensuring that regional creative outputs remain aligned with BYD's internal briefs and brand standards.
Fast-Turnaround Creative Support: Respond efficiently to urgent regional creative requests and be comfortable producing high-quality work under tight timelines, especially around product launches, executive visits and major events.
Brand Governance: Ensure all creative outputs strictly follow the respective brand guidelines of BYD, DENZA and YANGWANG, including typography, logo usage, visual identity, imagery and overall brand tone.
Creative Asset Management: Maintain organized regional creative assets, templates, source files, photography and video libraries to improve efficiency and consistency across future projects.
