The Opportunity

We are building a new generation of international real estate infrastructure — a platform that lets investors list and grow their property portfolio across borders, without borders. We remove the friction of investing across markets by building trusted relationships, providing consultative advice, and acting as a trusted brand across each market we enter.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial VP International to lead our expansion into new markets, build our network of brokerage and referral partners, and oversee our initial execution for a strategic 90-day growth plan and beyond.

This is not a conventional real estate role. We are looking for someone with strong real estate brokerage, investment sales or partnership/M&A experience, combined with genuine relationships across UHNWIs, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, Private Banks, Asset Managers and sophisticated international investors.

The Role

You will be responsible for growing our presence across international markets, building referral and brokerage partnerships, recruiting Country Heads, and overseeing execution of the wider growth plan, working closely with the Head of M&A and Founder

During the initial phase, you will be hands-on and commercially focused — personally originating referral relationships and brokerage partnerships in market, while identifying suitable partners before scaling and managing local operations through managing the relationships with the Country Heads as well as the local brokerage partners

30–90 Day Plan

• Generate partnership referrals from international brokerages in select target markets

• Introduce the concept of partnership and acquisition to brokerages across these target markets

• Hold in-person meetings with qualified partners alongside the founder to conclude negotiations

• Recruit Country Heads to build relationships in each market

Key Responsibilities

• Lead outbound broker partnerships and referral generation, targeting priority countries first

• Run in-person meetings with qualified partners to progress opportunities and educate partners around the possibility of what partnership means

• Recruit and onboard Country Heads across target markets

• Originate relationships with UHNWIs, Family Offices and private investment groups

• Work with the M&A team on analysis, integration, planning and deal execution for brokerage partnerships and acquisitions

• Work with the Finance Director on multi-country consolidation and compliance as new markets are added

• Represent the business at investor meetings, industry events and senior networking opportunities

New Business

The first stage of this role will be heavily focused on new business development and relationship origination. You will be expected to build your own pipeline rather than rely on inbound leads.

Your network may include:

You should be comfortable opening doors and developing relationships which will primarily focus on Brokerage owners and local market developer relations. We want someone who enjoys creating opportunities, building trust and converting relationships into revenue.

What We Are Looking For

Essential

• 8+ years experience in real estate brokerage, investment sales, partnerships/M&A, or a related investment environment

• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate for an initial period of 1-2 years, with the ability to travel internationally across target markets

• Genuine relationships with UHNWIs, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, Private Banks, Asset Managers or sophisticated investors

• Proven experience in high-value or investment-led transactions

• Demonstrable new business development and relationship origination

• Experience structuring or negotiating partnership or acquisition deals with brokerages

• Strong understanding of real estate brokerage and investment across multiple markets

• Experience managing senior client and stakeholder relationships

• Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build a multi-country operation from the ground up

• Comfortable working independently and generating opportunities personally before building out local teams

Highly Desirable

• Existing network of brokerage or referral partners across multiple international markets

• Experience recruiting and managing Country Heads or a distributed international team

• Existing Family Office or private investment relationships

• Experience launching new markets, offices or commercial functions

• Background working alongside M&A or Finance functions on partnership/acquisition execution

The Profile

We are looking for commercial gravitas combined with entrepreneurial energy. You create opportunities rather than wait for leads. You have genuine access to sophisticated investors and brokerage principals, while also understanding the commercial realities of cross-border property transactions.

You can build credibility with a Family Office principal, UHNW investor, brokerage owner or senior investor, but are equally comfortable getting out into the market and creating the business yourself.

You want to build something — not inherit it.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 90 days, you will have:

• Generated referrals from target international brokerages

• Introduced the partnership concept to brokerages across our initial target markets

• Held in-person meetings with qualified partners

• Recruited Country Heads to manage local operations

Within the first year, you will have:

• Established a repeatable referral and brokerage partnership engine across target markets

• Built a network of Country Heads driving local investor and partner relationships

• Progressed brokerage partnership or acquisition deals through analysis, planning and execution alongside the M&A team

• Supported multi-country consolidation and compliance readiness with the Finance Director

Why This Role

This is an opportunity to build a genuinely international real estate and investment business — real estate without borders. You will have significant autonomy, direct access to the Founder, and the opportunity to shape market strategy, build the partner and investor network, and lead the team as the business scales.

If you are entrepreneurial, commercially credible, have genuine brokerage and investor relationships, and the ambition to build a multi-country platform, we want to hear from you.
