What is Techiya

Techiya is a modern wealth advisory platform built around a simple idea: advisers should learn how to build a business, not just sell financial products.

The way clients make financial decisions has changed. People research online, consume content, compare information and increasingly expect advisers to bring more value than a product presentation.

At the same time, advisers now have access to tools that simply weren't available to previous generations — LinkedIn, Meta, AI, automation, digital content and sophisticated lead-generation systems.

We believe advisers should know how to use them.

At Techiya, we combine investment advisory, financial planning, personal branding, digital marketing, AI and business development systems to help our advisers build sustainable practices.

What you'll be doing

This is a role with two equally important components: Business Development and Investment Advisory.

On the business development side, you'll learn how to build your own pipeline rather than relying entirely on referrals or an existing network. You'll develop skills in prospecting, LinkedIn, personal branding, content creation, lead generation, digital marketing, follow-up and client acquisition.

On the advisory side, you'll work with individuals and families to understand their financial situation and develop appropriate strategies around investments, wealth accumulation, protection, retirement and legacy planning.

Our approach is centred around understanding the client first and recommending solutions based on their needs.

The long-term objective is not simply for you to become good at conducting meetings.

It's to develop you into a producer who can consistently create opportunities, serve clients well and build a business of your own.

You don't need to come from financial advisory. In fact, some of the strongest qualities for this career aren't taught in a finance textbook.
