New Cairo, Egypt | Full-time | Permanent | On-site

Turn your creativity into campaigns that inspire customers to buy.

Can you find the right angle for a product, write a compelling headline and give customers a reason to take action

Join the team behind Venneir, Piranha and our wider brand portfolio, creating email campaigns that reach UK customers, drive sales and keep people coming back.

Venneir is a UK direct-to-consumer oral care brand bringing a fresh, beauty-inspired approach to smile care. From teeth whitening and click-in veneers to retainers and everyday essentials, we combine dental expertise with contemporary branding and products that help people feel confident in their smile.

Alongside Piranha and our wider brand portfolio, we're growing our New Cairo marketing team—and looking for a creative marketer who can turn product benefits into compelling stories, engaging campaigns and sales.

Creativity is our priority. Experience with Klaviyo is an advantage, but strong copywriting, commercial thinking and the ability to learn matter more than experience with one platform.

Why join our team

Make your ideas visible. Develop campaign concepts, write the copy and see your work reach customers across the UK.
Build international brand experience. Grow your portfolio across multiple brands, products and audiences.
Work with dedicated creative support. Collaborate with our in-house graphic designer to bring your ideas to life.
See the impact of your work. Learn which messages turn interest into purchases and use those insights to create stronger campaigns.
Develop valuable expertise. Build your skills in email marketing, customer retention and automation within a permanent, in-house role.

The opportunity

You'll help turn first-time visitors into customers and customers into repeat buyers through relevant, well-timed emails.

Working across our brands, you'll develop campaign ideas, write persuasive copy and use customer insights to make each message more effective. You'll combine creativity with testing and analysis, taking an active role in both what we say and who we say it to.

Your work will include:

Campaign ideas and copy: Create engaging subject lines, product stories, promotional messages and clear calls to action.
Email planning: Build a campaign calendar around product launches, seasonal opportunities and customer needs.
Customer targeting: Tailor messages to different audiences based on their interests, purchase history and behaviour.
Automated journeys: Develop welcome emails, abandoned basket reminders, post-purchase messages and campaigns that encourage customers to return.
Creative collaboration: Brief our designer and help bring copy, visuals and offers together into effective emails.
Testing and improvement: Test messaging, offers and timing, using conversion and sales data to improve results.
Campaign delivery: Build, check and schedule emails, maintaining accuracy, brand consistency and a healthy subscriber list.

What you'll bring

Above all, you're a creative thinker and strong writer. You can identify what makes a product appealing, understand a customer's hesitation and write copy that gives them confidence to buy.

We're looking for:

Excellent written English, with the ability to write naturally and persuasively for UK customers.
Experience creating marketing content or sales copy for e-commerce brands, whether through emails, paid ads, product pages or landing pages.
An understanding of customer targeting, buying behaviour and conversion.
The ability to adapt your writing to different brands and audiences.
Attention to detail, strong organisation and a willingness to test, learn and improve.

Klaviyo experience is preferred, not essential. If you have strong e-commerce copywriting skills and the ability to learn new marketing tools, we'd like to hear from you.

Location & Employment

This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position at our New Cairo, Egypt office. You must be available to work alongside our team in the office each working day.
