Graphic Designer - AI Creative Specialist

Location: Cairo, Egypt (North of Zamalek)

Work setup: Full-time, onsite

The opportunity

An international marketing agency, part of a larger global marketing group, is expanding its Cairo creative team. We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong AI-enabled creative-production skills who can combine traditional design craft with generative tools to develop high-quality, original and commercially usable visual content.

This is not a prompt-only role. The successful candidate will be a capable designer who understands composition, branding and retouching, and can use AI to accelerate exploration and production while maintaining consistency, realism and premium brand standards.

Key responsibilities

Create social media, campaign and digital assets using a combination of traditional design and generative-AI workflows.
Generate and refine original visual concepts, environments, compositions, product scenes and campaign imagery.
Translate briefs and art direction into polished outputs that remain consistent with brand guidelines.
Write, test and refine prompts while maintaining repeatable workflows and visual consistency across asset sets.
Retouch, composite and enhance AI-generated imagery using professional design tools.
Correct common generation issues involving products, hands, typography, anatomy, lighting, texture and brand details.
Adapt approved concepts across social formats, paid-media placements and campaign deliverables.
Collaborate with Art Directors, designers, copywriters, social teams and production specialists.
Maintain organised source files, prompts, references, versions and usage records.
Follow intellectual-property, confidentiality, consent and brand-safety requirements when using AI tools.
Explore new AI creative technologies and recommend practical improvements to the team's workflow.

What we're looking for

Strong graphic-design experience supported by a portfolio of polished commercial or campaign work.
Demonstrable experience using generative-AI image tools as part of a professional creative workflow.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; strong compositing and retouching skills are essential.
Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux or comparable platforms.
Solid understanding of typography, composition, colour, lighting, visual storytelling and brand consistency.
Ability to take AI-generated material beyond the initial output and refine it to production quality.
Experience with beauty, luxury, skincare, fashion, lifestyle or product-focused brands is highly desirable.
Good judgement around copyright, likeness, disclosure, confidentiality and responsible AI use.
Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage several briefs at once.
Currently based in Egypt and able to work full-time onsite in Cairo.
