REAL ESTATE AGENTS — READY TO KEEP MORE OF WHAT YOU EARN

Autograph by Deja Vu is expanding, and we're looking for experienced Dubai Real Estate Agents to join us as 80/20 Partners.

If you already know how to generate business, build relationships, and close deals — you shouldn't need to give away a huge portion of your commission just to have a brokerage behind you.

Our 80/20 Partner Model

80% — You

20% — Autograph

Simple. Transparent. Built for agents who already know how to sell.

What you get:

80% commission share

Strong brokerage support & infrastructure

Marketing & listing support

Access to quality property opportunities

Admin & transaction support

A professional brand you can grow with

Freedom to build your own business within a supportive brokerage

Who we're looking for:

Minimum 2 years Dubai real estate experience

Proven sales/closing track record

Strong client network or lead-generation ability

Confident negotiator & relationship builder

Active on social media is a plus

Hungry, ambitious and ready to operate like a business partner

This is not for someone looking for a job.

It's for an agent who wants to build a business, control their earnings and be rewarded for the deals they bring in.
