Russian-Speaking Sales Associate

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Experience: 1–3 years

About the Company

We are a customer-focused organization serving clients in Dubai through a high-touch, service-led commercial environment. Our team values trust, responsiveness, product knowledge, and consistent execution at every customer interaction. We work to understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and create experiences that encourage repeat business and referrals. This is a hands-on environment where sales professionals collaborate across teams, maintain high standards, and take ownership of measurable commercial outcomes. The organization supports an inclusive workplace where language capability, cultural awareness, and professionalism help us serve an international customer base effectively. We are seeking a Russian-speaking sales professional who can build rapport with customers, represent our offering confidently, and contribute to dependable revenue performance while protecting the quality of the customer experience. Company identity and identifying details are intentionally withheld because this is a confidential search.

About the Role

The Russian-Speaking Sales Associate owns the customer journey from initial engagement through purchase and follow-up. Working onsite in Dubai, you will support Russian-speaking customers with clear communication, thoughtful recommendations, and reliable service. You will learn the offering, identify customer needs, explain relevant benefits, handle questions, and help convert interest into sales. The role combines relationship building with disciplined execution: maintaining accurate customer information, following established sales processes, supporting visual and service standards, and collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues quickly. Success means achieving assigned sales objectives while creating an experience that strengthens trust and encourages repeat visits or referrals. This position suits a proactive, polished professional who is comfortable working with an international customer base and taking responsibility for both individual performance and the quality of the wider customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Engage Russian-speaking customers professionally, understand their needs, and recommend relevant products or solutions that improve conversion, satisfaction, and confidence in the purchase decision.
Own sales conversations from first contact through close, using structured questioning, persuasive product presentations, and timely follow-up to deliver assigned revenue and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the required systems, enabling reliable pipeline visibility, informed follow-up, and better prioritization of high-value opportunities.
Handle questions, objections, and service concerns with patience and sound judgment, escalating issues through the appropriate channels to protect trust and preserve commercial momentum.
Collaborate with colleagues and operational teams on availability, orders, payments, delivery, and after-sales support, reducing friction and ensuring customers receive accurate, timely information.
Protect presentation, service, and compliance standards across the customer environment, reinforcing a consistent brand experience and supporting repeat business and positive referrals.
Track personal performance against agreed goals, share customer insights with managers, and adjust daily activity based on results, demand patterns, and business priorities.

Essential Skills & Technologies

Fluent Russian and strong English communication, with the ability to explain products clearly, build rapport across cultures, and manage customer conversations confidently in a professional setting.
Consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills, supported by customer empathy and the discipline to follow opportunities through to measurable commercial outcomes.
Comfortable using point-of-sale, customer relationship management, email, and basic reporting tools to record interactions accurately, coordinate follow-up, and maintain operational visibility.

Additional Plus

Previous experience serving international, Russian-speaking, or high-net-worth customers in a premium retail, hospitality, travel, automotive, real estate, or service environment.
Additional language capability, familiarity with Dubai's multicultural customer base, and knowledge of local customer expectations that can improve trust, service quality, and conversion.
Evidence of consistently exceeding sales targets, generating repeat business, or receiving strong customer feedback through disciplined follow-up and relationship management.

What You'll Bring

You bring a customer-first mindset, confident communication, and the personal ownership required to turn conversations into outcomes. You are fluent in Russian and able to communicate professionally in English, adapting your style to customers from different cultures and backgrounds.
You listen carefully, ask useful questions, and recommend solutions based on genuine needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. You are comfortable discussing value, handling objections, and asking for the sale while protecting trust and long-term relationships.
You work with energy and composure in a busy onsite environment, maintain a polished and professional presentation, and take pride in accurate execution. You are organized enough to record customer information, follow up consistently, and keep commitments without requiring constant supervision.
You collaborate well with colleagues, accept feedback, and respond constructively when priorities change. Most importantly, you measure success through both commercial performance and customer experience: achieving targets, reducing friction, encouraging repeat business, and representing the organization with integrity at every interaction.
