Top performers in this role don't wait for opportunities—they create them.

At Qashier, we're building the leading all-in-one commerce platform for SMEs across Southeast Asia. We're looking for competitive, resilient sales hunters who love winning new business, thrive in the field, and are motivated by uncapped earnings.

This is a true new business acquisition role.

There are no warm leads to inherit. Success comes from building your own pipeline, creating opportunities every day, and consistently closing merchants through disciplined outbound execution.

If you're someone who enjoys hearing yes because you've earned it—not because the lead was handed to you—this role is for you.

What You'll Own

You will own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to signed merchant.

Specifically, you will:

Build and manage your own pipeline through cold calls, walk-ins, Google Maps prospecting, referrals, networking, and creative outbound outreach.
Consistently execute high outbound activity (40+ quality prospecting touches daily) to generate new business opportunities.
Meet SME owners face-to-face, understand how they operate, identify business challenges, and recommend the right Qashier solution.
Sell a complete commerce platform combining POS, integrated payments, QR payments, loyalty, e-invoicing, and merchant solutions that help businesses operate more efficiently.
Own your sales metrics including pipeline health, activity levels, conversion rates, revenue, and forecast accuracy.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations, negotiate commercial terms, and confidently close new merchant partnerships.
Partner closely with our Operations and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless merchant onboarding experience.
Continuously improve your sales process, messaging, and prospecting strategy to consistently outperform your targets.

What Makes Someone Successful Here

Our highest performers consistently demonstrate the following:

Hunter mentality — You enjoy winning new business and take pride in opening doors that others cannot.
Bias for action — When pipeline is low, your instinct is to increase activity, not wait for better leads.
Commercial judgment — You know where your time creates the greatest return and prioritize opportunities that matter.
Resilience — Rejection fuels you. Every no simply gets you closer to the next yes.
Consultative selling — You ask thoughtful questions, understand each merchant's business, and tailor solutions rather than relying on generic pitches.
Coachability — You actively seek feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously improve.
Ownership mindset — You treat your territory like your own business and take accountability for your results.
Strong communication — You communicate with confidence, clarity, and credibility across merchants from different industries.

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of experience in B2B field sales, merchant acquisition, business development, or outbound sales.
Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Comfortable spending most of your time in the field meeting merchants.
Proven ability to build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting.
Experience selling to SMEs is highly preferred.
Strong English communication skills. Mandarin is an advantage for serving a broader merchant base.
Based in Singapore and willing to travel within your assigned territory.
Experience in merchant acquiring, fintech, payments, POS, SaaS, business banking, telecommunications, ERP, HRIS, CRM, or other B2B technology solutions is highly advantageous.
Strong sales professionals from adjacent industries with a proven hunter mindset are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Get

Competitive base salary.
Uncapped commission with no ceiling on earnings.
Opportunity to sell one of Southeast Asia's leading all-in-one commerce platforms for SMEs.
Clear career progression based on performance—not tenure.
Ownership from Day One with real impact on company growth.
Flexi Benefits covering health, wellbeing, productivity, learning, travel, and lifestyle expenses.
Hybrid working environment with the flexibility to perform at your best.
Opportunity to work alongside ambitious, high-performing teammates across Southeast Asia.
