ElixirData — Agentic analytics intelligence. Explainable, decision-centric analytics for measurable business outcomes.
NexaStack — Agentic infrastructure automation. Secure, compliant AI deployment across cloud, edge, and on-prem.
MetaSecure — Trust, compliance and defense. Continuous assurance with AI-BOMs, risk scoring, and agentic security.

Our mission is to accelerate the world's transition to AI + Human Intelligence by making agentic systems reliable, responsible, and enterprise-ready.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Quality with 4–7 years of experience in test automation, QA strategy, and quality engineering for enterprise platforms.

You'll lead efforts to define, implement, and optimize QA frameworks for XenonStack's Agentic AI, Vision AI, and Cloud-native platforms — ensuring products meet the highest standards of accuracy, reliability, security, and compliance.

This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about test automation, quality at scale, and building robust AI-driven products for global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Planning

Define and implement end-to-end QA strategies for enterprise-grade AI systems.
Identify test requirements, critical areas, and automation opportunities.

Automation & Frameworks

Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
Automate functional, regression, integration, and API tests across platforms.

Quality Engineering

Conduct system, performance, and security testing for AI/ML-powered platforms.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor production environments for bugs, anomalies, and quality regressions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with developers, product managers, and AI engineers to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with enterprise needs.
Partner with security engineers to test for compliance, resilience, and robustness.

Continuous Improvement

Analyze test results, track metrics (defect density, test coverage, automation rate), and recommend improvements.
Drive a culture of shift-left testing and embed QA early in the SDLC.

Leadership & Mentorship

Mentor junior QA engineers and help scale best practices across squads.
Champion quality-first principles across engineering teams.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

4–7 years in QA, test automation, or quality engineering.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Hands-on with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit).
Solid understanding of API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices testing.

Good-to-Have

Exposure to AI/ML system testing (data validation, model accuracy, bias testing).
Experience with containerized testing (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of compliance/security testing frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
Background in BFSI, GRC, or large-scale enterprise systems.
