About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to lead our expansion in the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and representing our design & execution services to key decision makers in the region. The role requires deep market understanding, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across commercial and residential sectors.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain weekly reporting on progress.
- Present company services (interior design, fit-out, finishing, project management, etc.) to clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the head office.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
2. Market Expansion- Conduct market research to identify new sectors, potential clients, and partnership opportunities.
- Develop long-term relationships with restaurants, retail brands, clinics, real estate developers, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Support the company's growth strategy in Jeddah and across Saudi Arabia.
3. Client Relationship Management- Manage pre-sales and post-sales communication with clients.
- Understand client needs clearly and translate them to the design and operations teams.
- Provide continuous follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
4. Coordination & Reporting- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking gatherings to represent the company.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required QualificationsEducation & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in business development or sales in Saudi Arabia.
- Prior experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, real estate, or contracting is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication (Arabic & English).
- Ability to understand design/technical concepts and communicate them commercially.
- Professional presence and confidence with senior-level decision makers.
- Ability to work independently and handle field visits and client meetings.
- Knowledge of the Saudi business environment and local regulations.
