Job Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic, fashion-forward Social Media Account Manager. You will elevate and grow our organic social landscape, manage brand planning and campaigns, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete brand uniformity across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute robust organic and paid social media/content strategies. Plan annual brand calendars packed with multiple high-impact campaigns.
- Influencer & PR Management: Proactively reach out to, negotiate with, and coordinate with influencers, content creators, and PR agencies to execute successful campaigns.
- Creative Direction: Direct and brief the in-house Content Creator, providing clear scripting, ideation, and visual direction for content execution.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights to continuously optimize future content planning.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must have a proven track record/portfolio managing fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Deep understanding of the GCC fashion market, trends, and consumer behavior.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate with design, supply chain, and marketing teams.
- Exceptional copywriting, scripting, and communication skills.
This Role is NOT for You If:- You have never worked with a fashion or lifestyle brand before.
- You only know how to post and write captions but have never built a comprehensive annual campaign calendar or managed external PR/influencers.
