1 Year Project Manager (Architecture) EAT

Key Responsibilities

. Lead and manage end-to-end showroom renovation projects for multiple luxury automotive brands

. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with business brand requirements

. Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and external parties

. Coordinate and liaise with external consultants (e.g., designers, architects), contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution

. Ensure all projects are delivered within stipulated timelines and approved budgets

. Any other tasks assigned by your Manager

Qualifications/ Professional Certifications / Skills Required

. Diploma/ Degree qualification with at least 5 years of relevant project management experience

. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

. Abilityto manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

. Good understanding of construction, renovation processes, and quality standards

. Strong budgeting, cost control, and negotiation skills

. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
