Immediate Joiner 3D VISUALIZER (PRIMARILY EXTERIOR DESIGN)
Job Description:
We are urgently looking for a skilled and imaginative Junior 3D Visualizer, with strong expertise in exterior architectural visualization and working knowledge of interior modeling. You will play a key role in transforming design concepts into realistic and visually compelling 3D renderings, helping clients envision both the exterior and interior aspects of our architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and designers to understand both exterior and interior project requirements.
- Create high-quality 3D renderings with a primary focus on exterior facades, landscapes, and urban environments, along with supporting interior visuals as required.
- Use tools like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering engines such as V-Ray or Corona Renderer to produce realistic visuals.
- Apply advanced lighting, texturing, and material techniques to enhance realism and visual depth.
- Collaborate with the design team to revise and refine renderings based on feedback.
- Manage multiple visualization tasks under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Keep up with the latest trends and tools in 3D visualization, especially for exterior architecture.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (portfolio-driven experience also considered).
- Proven experience in producing photorealistic 3D exterior renderings (interior experience is a plus).
- Mastery of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materiality, lighting, and landscaping.
- Artistic eye for composition, proportion, and environmental context.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and deliver high-quality visuals within deadlines.
