3D Designer (Events & Exhibitions)

Position: 3D Designer - Events & Exhibitions

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We're looking for a talented 3D Designer to create immersive event and exhibition environments for leading brands and clients across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative 3D concepts for events, exhibitions, conferences, and experiential activations.

- Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and presentations for client proposals.

- Collaborate with project and creative teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

- Prepare realistic visualizations that meet both creative and production requirements.

- Conduct site visits and gather information to support design development.

- Ensure designs are technically feasible, production-ready, and aligned with project objectives.

- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in event, exhibition, or experiential design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing exhibition stands, event spaces, stages, or branded environments.

Proficiency in:

- 3ds Max

- SketchUp

- AutoCAD

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and spatial design.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
