Job Description

Lavita Landscape Business is a leader in designing and executing high-end, luxury landscape projects across the UAE. We believe exceptional design requires exceptional presentation. We are seeking a talented and highly motivated 3D Designer / Visualizer to join our Dubai team and transform our conceptual designs into photorealistic, compelling visual narratives.

You will be the vital link between the design concept and the client's vision. Your primary responsibility will be to interpret 2D plans and design sketches from our Landscape Architects and rapidly develop high-quality 3D models and visually stunning, photorealistic renderings and fly-through animations.

Requirements

  • 3D Modeling: Efficiently translate 2D design plans (AutoCAD files) and design sketches into accurate and detailed 3D models using SketchUp and/or 3ds Max.

  • Rendering & Visualization: Produce high-resolution, photorealistic static images and dynamic walkthroughs/animations using Lumion or equivalent rendering software (V-Ray, Enscape, Corona, etc.).

  • Asset Management: Source, create, and manage a high-quality library of 3D assets (plants, furniture, materials, water features) appropriate for the high-end and desert environments of our projects.

  • Material Application: Accurately apply textures, lighting, and environmental effects to capture the correct mood, material finishes, and intended project atmosphere.

  • Collaboration: Work closely and efficiently with the Landscape Design team to meet deadlines and ensure the visuals accurately reflect the design intent and client brief.

  • Post-Production: Utilize Adobe Photoshop for professional post-production editing, color correction, and graphical enhancements of final renderings.

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Graphic Design, Visualization, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural or landscape visualization, with a strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic rendering skills.

  • Expert Software Proficiency is essential in:

    • SketchUp (Expert Modeling Skills).

    • Lumion (Expert Rendering and Animation Skills).

    • Adobe Photoshop (Advanced Post-Production).

  • Artistic Eye: A strong grasp of composition, color theory, scale, and lighting techniques to create emotional and impactful visuals.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to quality, speed, and accuracy in modeling complex landscape elements.
