Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Cairo for a 3D Interior Design Team Lead. The role involves leading a team of designers, overseeing the development of innovative interior design projects, managing project timelines, and ensuring efficient collaboration. You will guide the team in creating customized 3D interior solutions while maintaining quality standards and delivering on project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills to lead, motivate, and oversee team activities effectively.
• Proficiency in Communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Experience in Project Management to plan and execute interior design projects efficiently.
• Expertise in Product Design, especially in 3D visualization and rendering for creative and functional solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Applied art.
• Knowledge of durable and sustainable material selection is advantageous.
