3D Modeler / Architectural Visualizer - Dubai

We are looking for a talented 3D Modeler / Architectural Visualizer to join our growing design team in Dubai.

You'll work closely with our architects and interior designers on high-end residential, hospitality, commercial and masterplan projects across the Middle East.

• Create highly detailed architectural and interior 3D models
• Develop models from AutoCAD, Revit, sketches and design concepts
• Produce photorealistic architectural visualizations
• Create realistic materials, lighting, landscaping and environments
• Work closely with the design team to develop concepts into compelling visuals
• Handle revisions accurately and efficiently

• Strong SketchUp skills
• Excellent Corona / D5 / Lumion rendering skills
• Good understanding of AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong eye for architecture, interiors, materials, lighting and composition
• Ability to model accurately — not just create beautiful images
• Fast, organized and comfortable working to project deadlines
• Excellent architectural visualization portfolio is essential
