3D Printing Engineer

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a 3D Printing Engineer at Digitics in Markaz Shebin El Kom. As a 3D Printing Engineer, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as operating and maintaining 3D printers, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, ensuring print quality and accuracy, and collaborating with other team members to optimize printing processes.

Responsibilities

• Work on daily 3D printing tasks which includes : Running a 3d printer, Manage files like Gcodes, run daily maintenance for each printer, Control the quality of each print object.
• Maintain the 3D printers within the farm according to scheduled maintenance; Daily, Weekly, Monthly.
• Regularly update his team leader with any regular issues that show up in the farm.
• Regularly update sheet of the spare parts needed for the regular maintenance and for the urgent needs.
• Regularly update sheet of the required material; just like 3d filament, Glue, Risen, alcohol.. etc.
• Work within the R&D Team on search and trials for new projects or products that we need to develop.
• Creative one who attending to details with problem solving skills with 3d printers issues.

Qualifications

• Only grads; bachelor's degree of Engineering or Applied Arts.], Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design or related field.
• Proficiency in 3D printing technologies and techniques.
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
• Experience in product design and development
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with materials selection and optimization.
• Available to work rotational shifts according to operation.
• Must be (Shebin El Koum, Menofiya) resident or closer.
