We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to transform architectural and interior design concepts into high-quality, photorealistic visuals. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, lighting, materials, composition, and spatial detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Create photorealistic 3D interior and exterior renderings.
- Translate sketches, mood boards, CAD drawings, and design concepts into accurate visual presentations.
- Develop detailed 3D models, materials, textures, lighting, and environments.
- Produce high-quality still images, walkthroughs, and animations when required.
- Work closely with architects and interior designers to understand project requirements.
- Incorporate feedback and complete revisions within agreed timelines.
- Maintain organized project files and a consistent standard of visual quality.
- Stay updated on visualization trends, software, and rendering techniques.
- Support client presentations, design proposals, and marketing materials.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in architectural or interior visualization.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic interior and exterior projects.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer or V-Ray.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, scale, and composition.
- Ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings accurately.
- Good communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with animation and virtual walkthroughs.
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine, Lumion, or other real-time visualization tools.
- Previous experience within an architectural or interior design consultancy
