Job Summary:
The 3D Visualizer is responsible for creating high-quality three-dimensional visualizations, renderings, and animations to support architectural, interior, engineering, and project development requirements. The role involves translating conceptual designs and technical drawings into accurate and visually compelling 3D representations for presentations, approvals, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D models, renderings, and visualizations based on architectural, engineering, and interior design drawings.
- Produce high-quality still images, walkthroughs, and animations for presentations and client reviews.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, engineers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Interpret CAD drawings, sketches, and design concepts and convert them into realistic 3D visuals.
- Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, and rendering techniques to achieve realistic outputs.
- Revise models and visuals based on feedback while maintaining project timelines.
- Ensure all 3D outputs align with project standards, branding, and technical requirements.
- Organize and maintain 3D assets and project files efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, or similar).
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, scale, and spatial relationships.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in architectural, interior, or construction projects.
- Knowledge of post-production tools such as Photoshop or After Effects.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and coordination with design teams.
