Role Summary

Create high-quality 3D visuals, renderings, and walkthroughs for interior and architectural

projects.

Transform design concepts into realistic and detailed visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Produce high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs.

Import, clean, and refine SketchUp files for accurate rendering.

Build detailed 3D models from drawings, sketches, and design briefs.

Apply materials, textures, lighting, and environment settings for photorealistic outputs.

Coordinate with designers, architects, and draftsmen for design accuracy.

Deliver quick conceptual visuals and high-quality final renders.

Update models and visuals based on team/client feedback.

Maintain a well-organized library of materials, textures, and project files.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in interior or architectural design.

Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, 3ds Max, or similar software.

Strong ability to import, clean, and optimize SketchUp models.

Excellent understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and camera angles.

Knowledge of Photoshop for post-production (advantage).

Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.

High creativity, strong visual sense, and attention to detail.
